The School of Modern Greek Language in cooperation with the Department of European Educational Programmes offers Greek Language lessons to the Erasmus+ Incoming Students of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki giving the opportunity to the students to gain basic knowledge of the Modern Greek Language.
The courses are exclusively addressed to Erasmus+ students with no knowledge (level A1) or basic knowledge (level A2) of Greek. The tuition fee is covered by the Department of European Educational Programmes and the registration fee is 25 euros for one course and 40 euros for two courses. They take place twice a year at the beginning of the academic semesters as following:
- Online courses
The online course (OGC) lasts 6 weeks and provides blended learning: it combines self-study and interactive sessions with a tutor. Upon completion students get 3 ECTS credits.
- Online course (A1 & A2 levels): 28/08-06/10/2023 (application deadline: 13/08/2023) & 08/01-16/02/2024 (application deadline: 22/12/2024)
