Erasmus+ students

 

The School of Modern Greek Language in cooperation with the Department of European Educational Programmes offers Greek Language lessons to the Erasmus+ Incoming Students of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki giving the opportunity to the students to gain basic knowledge of the Modern Greek Language.

 

The courses are free of charge and are addressed to Erasmus+ students with no knowledge (level A1) or basic knowledge (level A2) of Greek. They take place twice a year at the beginning of the academic semesters as following:

 

  • Online courses

The online course (OGC) lasts 6 weeks and provides blended learning: it combines self-study and interactive sessions with a tutor. Upon completion students get 3 ECTS credits. For more information click A1A2 levels.

 

-Online course (A1 level): January 16th – February 24th 2017 (application deadline: December 12th-23rd 2016)

-Online course (A2 level): January 16th – February 24th 2017 (application deadline: December 12th-23rd 2016)

-Online course (A1 level): August 21st – September 29th 2017

-Online course (A2 level): August 21st – September 29th 2017

-Online course (A1 level): January 8th – February 14th 2018 (application deadline: December 15th 2017)

  • Semester courses

The semester courses follow the academic calendar of the Philosophy Faculty of Aristotle University. They take place once a week for 3 academic hours. Upon completion students get 4 ECTS credits.

 

-Spring Semester course (A1 level): February 13th – May 26th 2017

-Winter Semester course (A1 level): October 2nd 2017 – January 12th 2018

  • Two (2) weeks course

The two weeks course is an intensive course. Lessons are held 4 academic hours / day. Upon completion students get 3 ECTS credits.

-Two (2) weeks course (A1 level): October 9th – 20th 2017

Two (2) weeks course (A1 level): March 12th – 23rd 2018
